The purpose of these samples are so you can see how your skin reacts to the products. You may find one cleanser works better for you than another. One person’s favourite may not be everyone’s favourite.

Cleansing Routines

Morning

Step 1 : Surface Cleansing
If your face feels oily, use the Breakout Buster on dry skin to cleanse.
If not, use the Clarifying Cleanser (also on dry skin).
Rinse with tepid water.

Step 2 : Pore Cleansing
Repeat step 1.
If you have a very oily face, continue to use the Breakout Buster.
If you have combination skin and you used the Breakout Buster in step 1, you may want to try use the Clarifying Cleanser instead.
Rinse with tepid water.

Step 3 : Tone
Use the Hydrating Mist generously on your face and pat gently in.

Step 4 : Moisturize
Apply either the Clarifying Serum (for oily/combination/normal) or Ultimate Serum (dry) all over the face.

Do remember to use your sunblock to protect your skin!

Evening

Step 1 : Surface Cleansing
Start off with the AHA Exfoliating Cleanser to get all the dirt, sunblock and makeup off your face.

Step 2 : Pore Cleansing
Follow up with either the Breakout Buster or Clarifying Cleanser to clean your pores out.

Step 3 : Tone
Use the Hydrating Mist generously on your face and pat gently in.

Step 4 : Moisturize
Apply Ultimate Serum all over your face including the eye area. If you find this too heavy, then switch to the Clarifying Serum.

Use your hydrating mist to dilute any serum that you feel is too heavy. Squirt some serum into your palm, add one or two sprays of the hydrating mist. Rub your palms together and pat onto the face evenly. Use your fingertips to massage it all in.
Applying your cleansers on a dry (or very most slightly damp face), allows a quick and direct interaction of the active ingredients on to your skin. Having a layer of water in between (as with a wet face), will dilute the effects of the cleansers.
Use a microfiber cloth to help rinse your cleansers off. This helps to gently exfoliate dead cells and dirt off your face revealing younger looking skin.
Be regular… make cleaning your face a daily routine. Regular cleansing, toning and moisturizing will help your skin maintain its appearance and slow down the signs of aging.
Be gentle… always. Treat your skin with respect and care. Rough rubbing will not get your face any cleaner. Gentle massaging movements will help increase blood circulation and firm the skin tone.
Use only your fingertips to clean or massage your face.
If you need a bit more firming and lifting in the under eye area, apply a thicker layer of the Ultimate Serum at night. You’ll find it will help tighten and firm up this area.
for most of the cleansers, an amount slightly smaller than a 20 cent coin will be enough to cleanse the entire face. You’ll find that less is more when it comes to these cleansers.

A) How do I order?

For inquiries and orders, please send an email to justfr0nd@gmail.com and I will reply with the total cost and payment within 1-2 working days. All emails will be replied so if you don’t receive a reply or an acknowledgement after 2 days, your email could be lost in cyberspace.

Do re-send your email if you do not hear from us! Even if items are out of stock at the point of ordering, I will inform you accordingly.

In your email, please let me know the following:
- Name
- Order items
- Delivery options (registered/non-registered mail)
- Address

B) How do I make payment?

At the moment, we only accept local interbank transfers (either via internet banking or ATM). Payment instructions will be sent in my acknowledgement mail.

C) Have you heard of shopping carts? Won’t that be easier?

I do acknowledge that a shopping cart feature would make shopping a breeze for our customers. However, JustFr0nd has just started out, and having a shopping cart now would mean I can’t pass on savings to you, my customers. If response is good, I will definitely look into having a shopping cart, in the future, as long as I am able to maintain reasonable prices.

D) What happens if I change my mind about an order?

I will not entertain any cancellations once orders have been confirmed and acknowledged.

E) How long will it take for you to send my order to me?

Estimated shipping dates will be provided in the acknowledgement email. I will ship your order out 2-3 working days upon receiving your payment. However, if I am overwhelmed with orders, it might take up to 3-5 working days. I will notify you via email if there are any delays.

Our working hours are 9am-6pm from Mondays to Fridays.
I will be going to the post office on Mondays and Thursdays. So payments for orders received from Wednesdays to Saturdays will be sent out on Mondays. Those received from Sundays to Tuesdays will be mailed out on Thursdays.

F) Where do you ship to?

At the moment, we ship within Singapore. However, special arrangements could be made if you’re an oversease customers. Just drop me an email and I’d be happy to help. If there is more demand in the future, I will definitely open up options for overseas payments.

G) What are the shipping charges?

For orders that exceed 2kg, we will contact you for other shipping options and rates.
Registered postage is recommended for tracking purpose and added security. Yours Essentially will not be responsible for any lost mails. We seek your understanding on this issue.
Customers will be provided with the Registered Article number to aid in tracking and reporting of any lost registered articles.

H) Returns

Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns as we would then be unable to guarantee the purity of the products. There are reasonably priced samples and sample sets that will give you the opportunity to try out the products before committing to full sizes. As such, all sales are final.

If there should be a problem with yoru order, please email me within 3 days of receipt.

I) How do I know that your products are safe to use?

JustFr0nd takes pride in bringing in the highest quality products to share with our customers. Everything is imported from a reputable source with a history of specially formulated products to suit every skin tone. I sterilize all my equipment and bottles before they are filled and shipped out. What I sell to you, I use myself.

If you have sensitive skin, please do try out our samples before commiting to full sizes. There is enough in each sample to use for a week or more. I feel that’s enough time to have a good idea of whether the products work on your skin.

Hydrating Mist
