A) How do I order?

For inquiries and orders, please send an email to justfr0nd@gmail.com or use the contact form. I will reply with the total cost and payment within 2 working days. All emails will be replied so if you don’t receive a reply or an acknowledgement after 2 days, your email could be lost in cyberspace.

Do re-send your email if you do not hear from us! Even if items are out of stock at the point of ordering, I will inform you accordingly.

In your email, please let me know the following:
- Name
- Order items
- Delivery options (registered/non-registered mail)
- Address

B) How do I make payment?

At the moment, we only accept local interbank transfers (either via internet banking or ATM). Payment instructions will be sent in my acknowledgement mail.
C) Have you heard of shopping carts? Won’t that be easier?

I do acknowledge that a shopping cart feature would make shopping a breeze for our customers. However, JustFr0nd has just started out, and having a shopping cart now would mean I can’t pass on savings to you, my customers. If response is good, I will definitely look into having a shopping cart, in the future, as long as I am able to maintain reasonable prices.

D) What happens if I change my mind about an order?

I will not entertain any cancellations once orders have been confirmed and acknowledged.

E) How long will it take for you to send my order to me?

Estimated shipping dates will be provided in the acknowledgement email. I will ship your order out 2-3 working days upon receiving your payment. However, if I am overwhelmed with orders, it might take up to 3-5 working days. I will notify you via email if there are any delays.

Our working hours are 9am-6pm from Mondays to Fridays.
I will be going to the post office on Mondays and Thursdays. So payments for orders received from Wednesdays to Saturdays will be sent out on Mondays. Those received from Sundays to Tuesdays will be mailed out on Thursdays.

F) Where do you ship to?

At the moment, we ship within Singapore. However, special arrangements could be made if you’re an oversease customers. Just drop me an email and I’d be happy to help. If there is more demand in the future, I will definitely open up options for overseas payments.

G) What are the shipping charges?

For orders that exceed 2kg, we will contact you for other shipping options and rates.
Registered postage is recommended for tracking purpose and added security. Yours Essentially will not be responsible for any lost mails. We seek your understanding on this issue.
Customers will be provided with the Registered Article number to aid in tracking and reporting of any lost registered articles.

H) Returns

Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns as we would then be unable to guarantee the purity of the products. There are reasonably priced samples and sample sets that will give you the opportunity to try out the products before committing to full sizes. As such, all sales are final.

If there should be a problem with yoru order, please email me within 3 days of receipt.

I) How do I know that your products are safe to use?

JustFr0nd takes pride in bringing in the highest quality products to share with our customers. Everything is imported from a reputable source with a history of specially formulated products to suit every skin tone. I sterilize all my equipment and bottles before they are filled and shipped out. What I sell to you, I use myself.

If you have sensitive skin, please do try out our samples before commiting to full sizes. There is enough in each sample to use for a week or more. I feel that’s enough time to have a good idea of whether the products work on your skin.
